Conditions for project construction |
Because Sichuan is energetically developing five tour areas 鈥渢wo lakes and one mountain鈥?and 17000 mu peak garden 鈥?/SPAN>China鈥檚 first home of juicy peach鈥?lies near the metropolis (15 kilometers away from the downtown area), the flower township of hillside field is a good place to develop agricultural tour, fruit taste and hillside field leisure tour. 300,000 person-times every year offer a guarantee for the considerable income of this project. According to Longquanyi District鈥檚 economic and social development planning, the operation model of integral planning in a lump, and staged investment and stepped construction will be adopted. Firstly, the general planning and control plan and relevant construction designs, land rehabilitation and business invitation will be finished. In 2007, the works of phase I will be finished, of phase II in 2008, and of phase III in 2009. By 2010, the supporting facilities will be perfected and the construction will be completed and this project will be put into service. |
