This project mostly uses the existent parking lots or establishes new parking lots by leveling and reconstructing the planned empty land. The construction scale of civil engineering is small. For the water and electricity facilities, the existent neighboring urban water and electricity systems may be adopted. In the central city, the ready-mixed concrete may be directly transported to the field. In addition, the optimal transportation, production and living facilities are available.
